Open Alkmaars Judo tournament 2024

We have opened up the registration for the tournament of 2024 on 13 October.

✅THE ONLINE BOOKING FOR JUDOKA'S HAS BEEN CLOSED

All judoka who are member of a sports (judo) union that is accepted by the International Judo Federation (IJF) are sincerely welcome.
All participating clubs that took part last year, should still have the log-in data for our site www.oa-judo.nl.
They can log-in and register online.

If you do not have the log-in information anymore or your club is a first time user, you can use the “Support / Contact” button on our website.
We will happily provide you with the new log-in details.
The registration is final once you have paid the entry fee.
Payments can be made by Pay-Pal or i-Deal, which is secure. Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email.
You can adjust your registration online until 23:59 on Friday 27 September 2024
The entree fee is € 15,00 per judoka. Changing category after 27 September 2024 (on Saturday 12 October, or on the tournament day) is possible at a € 5,00 surcharge.

Attention, please! Participating in our tournament automatically means the judoka (and his/her parent(s)) consent with the JudoInside photographer and our tournament-photographer shooting photos.
These photographs will be published on our site and via our socials.

The results of our tournament will be published at JudoInside.com

Visitors

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, we continue to work within government guidelines.
We take the safety and security of our staff and visitors seriously, please be considerate of others – especially in smaller spaces.
Contactless payment is preferred (this can be at the door). Staff are available to advise if you have any questions. Please do not visit if you feel unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms.

Entry fee:
⇒ Adults: €5,00
⇒ Kids (3 t/m 11): €2,50

Weight change:

You can edit your subscriptions online until 23:59 on Friday 27 September 2024 via our website, after login with your account.

Participants cards and Coach cards:

Cards will be handed out on Location on Saturday 12 October and Sunday 13 October 2024. The schedule will be communicated via our website en social media.

Weigh in:

On Saturday 12 October 2024 from 15:00-18:00 in Sportcomplex Hoornse Vaart.
The weigh-in schedule for Sunday 13 October will be communicated via our site and social media.
The judoka may weigh two times within 45 minutes. Changing category after 27 September 2024 (on Saturday 12 October, or on the tournament day) is possible at a € 5,00 surcharge.

Presence:

Please, make sure the judoka is present at the side of the mat 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the category.
The schedule will be communicated via our website and social media.
